    To track your order with Blackwall Footwear, simply enter the tracking number we’ve provided on our Track page. Please note that it may take 1–6 business days for the status of your order to appear after receiving your tracking number.

    Returns & Exchanges

    To return your order or parts of it, please follow these steps:

    support@blackwallfootwear.com and inform us that you wish to return the order or parts of it.

    Ask our customer service if we can accept the return. Please note that the return address provided is not listed on our website.

    If the return is accepted within the allowed timeframe, pack the product safely and securely in its original packaging.

    Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service.

    Email the tracking code to our customer service. This step is very important—without it, we can’t issue your refund!

    Once we receive and inspect your package within 3 days of receipt, we will refund the returned products using the original payment method.

    You can cancel your order within 6 hours after placing it. To cancel, please contact us at support@blackwallfootwear.com.

    If the mistake was made by us, we will ensure you receive a free replacement at no additional cost!

    If you receive a damaged or defective product, it is important to contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. For best results, take the photos on a flat surface where the label and defect are clearly visible.

    In the case of a serious problem, we will guide you through the next steps based on the information you provide. For defective items, we will always send a new package free of charge the first time. If the defect occurs again, we will refund the full purchase amount.

    We use premium polyester for the upper part of our barefoot shoes, ensuring durability and a comfortable fit.


    The soles are made from organic rubber, providing excellent grip and flexibility.


    Our winter variants feature the same organic rubber soles for traction, with an inside lining of a special insole material that combines EVA and cotton wool. This ensures extra insulation and warmth during colder seasons.
